I help clients identify obstacles and patterns that may be hindering growth and forward movement. Drawing on my ministry and leadership experience, I meet people where they are with care, honesty, and encouragement—creating space to discern God’s best for their lives.
As clarity grows, clients often find themselves developing a deeper dependence on Jesus Christ and moving forward with greater confidence, purpose, and assurance rooted in Him.
How I Like to Coach
Each one-hour session is designed to offer a safe, attentive, and welcoming space. Our time together is one-on-one, private, and conversational—shaped by listening rather than pressure.
Sessions may be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on what feels most supportive in the season.
Meetings are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet.
At times, I also offer small group sessions for those who desire to journey alongside others in a guided, faith-centered setting. Group coaching creates space for shared reflection, encouragement, and collective listening while still honoring personal boundaries. These offerings are seasonal and optional, and details are provided as they become available.

Professional and Life Experience
As a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, few things bring me greater joy than witnessing others find freedom and grow into who God uniquely created them to be.
I love walking alongside individuals as they build a firm foundation and discover what God has already placed within them, remembering that His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).
Teaching and mentoring from a biblical worldview—both in and beyond the classroom—has allowed me the privilege of participating in what God is doing in the next generation. I currently lead women and young adults not only to believe in Jesus, but to thoughtfully apply biblical truth to everyday life.
My ministry experience includes serving overseas as a missionary in Haiti and Taiwan, as well as stateside leadership with Young Life, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and Stonecroft Ministries. Within the local church, I bring over 30 years of experience serving in roles such as youth leader, worship leader, micro-church leader, intercessory prayer and altar ministry leader, lay pastor, and mentor within a School of Ministry.
Professionally, my background includes work as a server, teacher, business owner, and manager—each role shaping my understanding of leadership, service, and people. The roles that have formed me most deeply, however, are being a mother of three, participating in God’s work of breaking generational strongholds, and living a life rooted in service to others.
